Worlds Collide Guide to farming the Overseer
For the last 11 days I have been farming the Guristas/Srepentis WC, in that period of time I have spawned 16 Serpentis Overseers. You read that right. Every single pass I run of WC I have successfully spawned the Overseer on the Serpentis side. Every pass but the one time the server crashed mid-run. Two of those spawns were the 4.875M Commodore. (In case the math doesn't add up, I have more than one WC running at the moment)
I do a farming run of WC in 70-80 minutes and clear 30m in bounties/loot each pass along with around 300 salvage. The farming run consists of three rooms, the War zone and both of the first rooms of Serpentis and Guristas. When farming I never even enter the last room.
I have decided to (attempt) profit from this tested knowledge. The price for this guide is 20M ISK. Roughly equal to the bounties you'd get on the first pass at a farming run. This knowledge will easily pay for itself.
If you cannot run WC already than this guide will be a waste of your ISK.
If you are interested in my guide, send me an EveMail in game to initiate contact. We will discuss the exact details.
Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee (because I cannot test it myself) that this method will work with any of the other WC, but I suspect that it will as the core code mechanics should be the same, just the flavor of the rats changes.

Sounds tempting, can I convo you in game for this offer?

The first 3 hours of me being in game are running two passes.
You can try to convo me, but I may be distracted.
With mail I can answer questions with out blowing up.

I've had a 425mm proto drop from the Guristas side twice out the the last 4times i've run WC4, have to agree though that generally the loots from this mission are mostly junk.
If the OP has a method for spawning the Guristas Overseer that would be interesting and worth paying for. I have only seen him on a couple of occasions.

Wait, so what you are saying is if I give you 20 mill isk you will tell me that I need to shoot the rats until they blow up, then loot them and salvage them, then repeatedly use the acc. gate that leads into the second stage (where the overseer is) until it triggers his arrival? (Which btw can be done for both sides of the mission so 2 overseer per mission.)
Do I have this right?

Don't worry. I'll tell you that for a mere 19mil. ——— “If you're not willing to fight for what you have in =v=… you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.” — Karath Piki |

Actually, 3 hours is what it takes to run one, relocate to the other mission and run that one also.

Close enough to win the Cupie doll.
I was never able to find any info on this. Since it was never posted I figured I might make some ISK on specifics of my method. But since you were kind enough to share the core of the method there is no need to take it any further.

I'm not completely awake yet, it's only 10:30AM here and I'm at work.
I thought the post meant 3 hours to do just the three rooms of the first mission, not complete both farming runs. I see now what you meant. I'm JUST now working on improving the speed of the runs, before was data tracking, testing and validation.

You have propably overtanked a bit. 70-80 min solo for 3 stages (first plus 2 midrooms) is bit on the longer side. With balanced tank/gank you should be able to do it in approx 50 minutes.
Then again if you are fast enough it is usually not worth 'farm' missions.

The "this" I was referring to was the SPECIFICS on spawning the Overseer. Which the survival guide does not cover other than in a most vague reference.

AE is the best IMHO. 60 million (avg) for 2hrs of work (whole mission + station in the bonus room)From the time I leave the station with my CNR to the time i get back with my hauler... If you're fast, have the skills, and the right tech. 45mill if you farm it.
With an afterburner to move my ****** CNR, WC hands out the best bounties per minute. Nearly 600K. But the loot blows and the salvage is only so-so. Now AE's bounties are also comprable but that damn station takes nearly 15 minutes.
I've found that some of the shorter mission like the spies mission gives you over 700k in bounties per min. And since an uber item is rare it actually makes more sense to just kill everything and end the mission. Just my 2 cents...

70-80min to clear a WC? Fully clearing that in a NH took me much less time than that (let alone what I do it in now in a CNR).
Interesting that you're getting faction spawn overseers still, thought they removed that chance.

Yes, you are spot on. I bolded the part that most people don't seem to realize.
Also you can do the last room when farming it. Just leave one ship alive from the first group that agros you to prevent the Mission Complete trigger (hint: pick a BC).

The overseer is a chancebased spawn on warp-in into the pocket. I've always been able to force them (one for serp-side + one for gurista-side) by continuesly warping into the pocket if they weren't there on the first warp-in.
Only high-bounty overseers drops faction-loot (got a couple Shadow POS rails BPCs the last 14 days of farming WC4) - bounty goes up to 4.875mill (highest that I've had anyway). --
