basic top tear frigates, ie rifter and merlins cos no ones gonna be able to grind enough standing/lp (with in a reasonable time frame) with a frigate to pay for faction frigates that are going to get exploded.

personaly i use the 150's. thats mostly because you will be using an ab/mwd and the combination of tracking damage and range works out well with most ammo.

yes they are always on they do suck, if you only have one of them on a target. but say you have 3-4 sb's with one each, orbiting a target at 40+km, using range scripts suddenly they kick ass. tho you still need some one to tackle.
