Well it's quite common to think like that, but concord wasn't too late. Concord punishes a crime, it does not prevent crime. Eve is not a game with safety, hi-sec is more or less as safe as it gets and that includes people being able to kill you...

Good to read that the anti-pirate coalition is putting it's foot down in the places where it matters and are making a difference! With such well known and recognizable alliances as the e-uni I am sure that pirates around those parts will be force...
