1. EVE Fanfest 2017 -- When are people arriving? - in Out of Game Events and Gatherings [original thread]
Getting pretty stoked for my tenth (and in all probability final*) Fanfest. It's been sneaking up on me quietly for a while, weeks going by in a flash, but now time seems to be slowing down. In other words: I can't wait. Shalea De'Vila wrote:...

3. EVE Fanfest 2017 Tickets - in Out of Game Events and Gatherings [original thread]
It must be a typo or other such mistake, and even April 4 would be suspicious. Just ignore it and buy your ticket, in previous years sales went on up until fanfest started, and I don't see why this time would be any different.

@Shalea: Appreciate the thought, and if that's what you want to do I won't stop you... But if I were in your shoes, I'd head straight to the hotel. Take a nap. Go for a walk. Have a coffee in the lobby. Anything's better than waiting at the airpor...

5. EVE Fanfest 2017 -- When are people arriving? - in Out of Game Events and Gatherings [original thread]
Well, Fanfest is all about meeting people for me, so count me in! I, too, am staying at Kl+¦pp, expect to arrive there around 17-ish on the 4th, flying from ARN. (For any Fanfest rookies, I encourage you to play spot-the-capsuleer at your local a...

8. What are you listening to today? - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Really enjoying mind.in.a.box 's new album Memories , and I've had Travel Guide on repeat (as I'm wont to do), dreaming up scenes where it'd make for a good soundtrack (also something I do). Hardly a secret that I like miab/THYX by now, but ther...

12. What are you listening to today? - in Out of Pod Experience [original thread]
Been listening to Stars Crusaders for a while, there's something about that italo sound that's both awfully catchy and just plain awful. Tracks of note: Aeterna, In the Venusberg and the outro Uchronia. Having a track like Uchronia on while, sa...

The return of a God , that's what. (in case He's true to His word and the track is removed, here's a (slightly shorter) substitute) I can't even begin to describe how epic this is, so I won't try.
