People are either too lazy to micromanage their tank/cap use, or too afraid to lose their ships to disconnects/lag, so they fit permatanks at the cost of mission completion time.

As long as the Apoc will be doing the tanking, use way more than just one remote repper, and far less tank on the domi. That way you can concentrate on magstabs and tracking enhancers on the apoc's low slots.

I meant that .1 system sec = 3.77 quality points regarding LP payouts. E.G. Hypothetically, you'd earn the same amount of LP working for a Q15 agent in 0.6 space as you would a Q18.77 agent in 0.5 space.

If you need the extra cap recharger just use a single gun for aggro. Maybe even a civilian gun for lulz and uberness. Mids should prolly be cap rechargers, omnidirectional tracking links, and maybe a drone speed mod.

I think rail snipers should outdps laser snipers in your typical laggy fleet/blob situations to compensate for the huge advantage under such lag that laser snipers have re: not having to reload.
