I've only done them in 0.0. Out here the analyzing sites will usually give you a boat load of regular salvage, 1 or 2 t2 salvage pieces (usually the really cheap stuff) and if you're lucky you'll get a bpc for a faction POS module or a t2 rig bpc ...
