I've come to the conclusion that ships are holding their initial cloak (after jumping through a hole) even for some period while they move. Longer than they should be. Ships with 4 second align times are warping off and escaping scan rez that shou...

5. Announcement:Hyperion Feedback - in EVE Information Portal [original thread]
Well, a T3 chasing another T3 through a hole can now be up to 24km away from his target. 10k deviance, for both players, plus the width of the hole itself, =24km or so. With a slight head start, that can be out of even long point range. Yay?

I'm just going to put two and two together here. I believe that WH loot has fallen in price significantly, and the purpose of this change is most likely intended to control that depreciation. It's 'very CCP' to focus on the market above all else. ...

I feel like I should point out that a mobile depot allows access to infinitely sized Hictor combat fleets. 2000 Phobos (Phobi?) could come through a hole and refit to 100% guns. A much more powerful force than frigates alone. I'm not sure if tha...

IMO, we have to stop assuming that increasing the risk of conflict = more conflict. That's simply not true. CCP, you have years of data to prove it's not true. All of your data tells you it is not. Look at low sec. There's more risk to miners. S...
