And don't forget to check your computer clock is on time. Seems like that being off messes up the displays sometimes if the client and server disagree on what time it is.

Going to make moving T2 ships to market much easier, at least. Can just load ,say, 10 interceptors into an Occator and haul them wherever they're needed. Probably going to make for a more centralized ship market (ie. Yulai).

A byproduct of the bumping fix, I believe. Adds random variance to BMs to avoid the collisions at the warp target.
