wellthe 2 things about passive tanking that were out of balance were fixed - ie spr with no fitting requirements, and BC having double the shields of a cruiser with same recharge other that that passive tanking is just fine, it can't be efficient...

well personally i would never use 425mm even if they fit =) but then i am a succer for good tracking also you might wanna put pds instead of istab if it fits, gives nice generalboost,and is not hugely cpu hungry. i would prolly stay at 2 gyros, ...

well i did try ratting in my wolf in 0.0and i can tellyou i was not impressed i used the setup i used forL3:s and couldn't kill abs with ovet 1M bounty,on the other hand the 3 BC 3 cuiser spawns were doing too much damage, and this was with 54/s ...

i justa have to say, that if you insist on fitting 2plates 2 mag stabs and 3 res, that is your issue, even so if you fit n-type explo hard eanm ii and dcu ii it wil use 92 cpu (2more than the old thing you used) and has res of 74.5/69.97/58.56/58....

well i have run more than 30 L3:s in my wolf, and done 1 or 2 L4:s too 4x 150mm ac II 2x MeII eighter 4x beta reactor control spr or 3 and a gyro with 2 purger rigs takes time to fly from one target to the next, but works just fine ------- Well...

well as i used actives before change too, i'm just happy, as i get more CPU =)and if you need to change an omni setup just go for 3 n-type hardeners those are 26 cpu eachand gives you marginally better res than the 2 eanm 1 dcu (all T2) exept for ...
