181. Is it fair to say at this point Dominion is a failure? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
As someone who isn't a capital pilot, nor participates in alliance fleet battles... ... I'm loving Dominion. 10/10. Just give me flash support for the browser and the option to play streams (eve-radio) with the jukebox and EVE will be phuuuhrfec...

Hmm, good point about the disruptor. This ship is definitively my dream solo-pwn ship.

183. New Pilot... Stick with Minmatar or...? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Becoming potent in a Rifter, with T2 light autocannons and such, is never really a bad investment. You could pherhaps be better off without it if you were to go with missiles instead, but otherwise, work on the skills for a Rifter and/or Thrasher....

Originally by: Cyprus Black I've lost count how many times I've targeted and shot snowballs at a newbie, only for them to panic and fire on me. Ah, Concord was busy that day. That's why I loved them so <3

188. Older toons vs. Newer toons... - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Edited by: Psiri on 14/12/2009 00:45:24 Depends on what you want to do, To truly compete in trading, you generally only need 2-3 months training. However, it's more ingame knowledge and isk that you need rather than actual skillpoints. Note t...

189. My Solo PVP Arbitrator Fitting - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
I think that some of you must be confused, the Arbitrator is not a curse. It doesn't have a bonus for energy neutralizers, it doesn't live or die by its neuts. 1. Fit a TD, otherwise you'll be far better off flying a Vexor. Unless you wish to uti...

190. Best bang for the ISK, in cruiser size? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Thorax provides the most bang for the buck I feel. Mids can be t1/named with minimal gimpage and ECM drones are dirt cheap. Its tracking disruptor bonus gives the Arbitrator a useful edge, I'd consider it to be the best if it weren't for its poo...

192. Any hints or updates on a UI roadmap? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
The UI needs, - Proper hotkeys. - Good warning messages and information windows. For instance, a warning message if you try to log in space with a 15min combat flag. (pherhaps not really an UI issue). I'd LIKE to see, - A visual of some sort ...

Edited by: Psiri on 11/12/2009 23:14:04 I really do get tired of the EVE population's need to throw out their raging e-peens at every given opportunity. Whenever someone points out a problem in the game, taken from the standpoint of a carebe...

197. PVP Fleet Deimos blaster - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
The Deimos strength is DPS, the above fit has NO magstabs. The HAC class strength is speed and agility, the above fit as NO MWD (trimarks don't exactly help either). The Deimos has a 50m2 drone bay, it'd be a pretty sweet ship if it could fit 5 ...
