24. T3 skill loss mitigation - in Player Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
How about adding an implant which would cause the loss of a T3 to not cause a loss of skillpoints? Balance decisions would be new slot vs. Existing skill hardwiring. Might also make it be consumed on T3 loss instead of podkill. I'm thinking sho...

25. Why did the price of salvage drop suddenly? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Most likely cause was the Odyssey exploration changes. Nullsec relic sites each drop between 30M and 50M or more of T1 and T2 salvage components for about 20 minutes of hacking time.

26. Hi/Low Sec Covert Ops Hauling - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Biggest problem you're going to have using a blockade runner is cargo space. They can barely fit a packaged cruiser. If you're moving small items around, it can work, but it's not sufficient for any meaningful volume of goods.

27. Yield Comparison and Calculation for Planetary Interaction - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
In a wormhole, with 10 extractor heads, you'll extract enough R0 to be able to keep 6 to 9 basic industry factories running 24/7 with only needing to relocate the extractor control unit every few weeks.

28. HiSec mining PEAK of profit? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
So, you're doing something wrong. What were the fits of the BC and BS you brought to the wormhole? You can run a C2 anom for 20 to 30M, and it should take 2 people between 10 and 20 minutes each, not counting salvage. Wormhole data sites do hav...

29. Something coming to hurt cap production? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Nullsec outposts are going to have better refine rates on ores than anywhere else in the game. Therefore, nullsec cap builders will have less material costs to make carriers and dreads than low sec manufacturers do. Therefore, they will be able to...

I speak as a scout who has scanned chains several days a week for two years now looking for fights. This proposed change is dumb. If a group of people is paying attention, then good on them. You should not be penalized for playing well. Most of m...

32. Scanner probs - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
When you get a partial hit - say a 28% hit on a 4AU scan, the dot is not exactly where the signature actually is. The amount it's off is the scan deviation. The probe strength determines your % of hit for a specific scan.

33. I need some questions answered - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
The resist plating doesn't cost any CPU to fit. The energized plantings do, but provide more resist bonus per slot. To kill small ships, you can use webs on them, fit smaller caliber guns (in the same size class), tracking computers scripted for ...
