The best way to solve this is simply to not boost plates or extenders. That way they'll still give a boost but arent 100% neccessary on every ship.

I agree with boosting the Deimos's agility and increaseing its speed to the same as the thorax as mentioned earlier. Also, before I forget, the Brutix could do with another 50 powergrid. With max skills it cant fit 7x ions, mwd, cap booster, mar ...
