Please let me turn off the Incursion Local chat window. I don't run incursions, I don't want this chat window, why should it open itself automatically with no way to turn it off?

So, apparently unlocking blueprints is 100% broken and you can't actually sanction the action anyway, and you have to petition to get them unlocked. So yeah, I'd say now's is as good a time as any to completely rework this whole process.
