1. what shall i do with this blueprint? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
It is worth noting that if you plan on using decryptors to increase your T2 BPC runs you need to use a full run copy of the T1 BPC (i.e. 15 runs). If you're not using decryptors you can use a 1 run BPC (it's usually cheaper) as the possible T2 BPC...

2. Struggling with when to use decryptors - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Originally by: Kati Kirjasto Best part, is you can undercut all the other suppliers and still get rich. Hell, you can even sell to the buy orders and make a profit. Sell a Vagabond for 70M, and STILL make a nice profit. I've made several...

3. Nano Ribbon decreasing in drop? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
If you moved from a C1 to C2 you might just be seeing the effect of having less frigs to kill. IIRC, sleepers have the same chance for any salvage to drop regardless of size (i.e. sleeper size only increases number of items dropped). So if you g...

Originally by: Xander XacXorien I think there are some huge holes in this idea. Firstly if you are competing with me I mine, mission, trade and manufacture. So my cost base is 0, everything is profit - all I need is time to get the raw m...

Your software looks interesting. I wrote a similar tool (gets data from eve-central, does some number crunching, gives you lists of what to trade/reprocess) and have been using it for some time now. My software so far produces recommendations fo...

7. Invention BPC runs with decryptors - can anybody explain my error? - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Edited by: Millimage on 18/02/2010 13:55:05 You only get the full runs if you're using max run BPC to invent from. If not, you'll lose a run from the resulting BPC but since there is a minimum of 1 run this doesn't matter UNLESS you're using r...

I think this would get more answers in the M&C forum, but here goes. You might be hitting the limit of your scan strength here, which means that you simply might not be able to get a 100% on the site no matter what. To improve the strength you n...

17. Question about copying a BPO - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Somewhat related to the question, keep in mind that if you are making copies for invention you really want to make max run copies. Invented T2 BPC's give you: max(1, (BPC runs / Max BPC runs * 10)) runs, except with ships when it is always a 1 r...

19. help needed /invention - in Science and Industry [original thread]
Invention is highly chance based. You only get a little less than 70% chance of success even with max skills and best decryptors for frigs (even less for bigger ships), so don't start inventing unless you are committed. You are probably closer to ...

20. R&D Agents Question - in Science and Industry [original thread]
R&D agents produce datacores for you and datacores are used in the T2 invention that replaced the lottery. You get datacores from the agents and perform invention jobs on T1 BPC's to hopefully produce T2 BPC's. It's a bit more complicated but tha...
