142. Tracking disruptors? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
Instead of making Tracking Disruptors working for missiles CCP should rather fix the Defender Missile. Best solution would be to add two "Defender-Missile-Only-Modules" one for the small (low grid, low CPU requirements) and the other for the heavy...

I know how you feel. I also love the split weapon ships, because they are so inpretictable and unexpected. I am still waiting for the split weapon frigate. But as it looks it will never come :-(

You want to use Medium Arty? Then go for the Stabber Fleet Issue... great tracking bonuses and great speed to kite from range and stay at range.

How about an E-War Stacking Prohibition Module ? One of the main issues with e-war is that using several modules from same or different enemies completely tend to shut down your ships abilities. E.g. while you can deal somehow with one ECM or ...

151. Frigs: AB vs MWD - in Warfare & Tactics [original thread]
AB makes you more vulnerable to (well flown) kiting ships. With MWD it is much easier to brake the orbit of a kiter and thus catch him. However, once in scram range AB gives you much more range control over the enemy than MWD since if the other i...

There is nothing like insta-lock in this game (if CCP hasn't changed the game mechanics suprisingly with the last patch). To my experience so far every non-plated frigate with enough nano fibers (the needed amount depends on your skills and the fr...

153. T3 Frigate - Low Sec Idea - in Features and Ideas Discussion [original thread]
I am not sure if making it completely resistant to E-War would not be too much over the top. Since this would include not only ECM but also Web and Scram. Instead I would rather propose that the frigate hull simply does not provide any bonuses at...

156. So, how about these hidden ammo types? - in Ships and Modules [original thread]
There are good reasons not to deploy the "hidden" ammo types. This makes sure that all weapon types have their weaknesses. Especially after the Blaster buff giving blasters the possibility to freely chose damage type would be completely overpowered.
