I think these skills combined with passive hardeners and HAC's will open the HAC's up for more intense setups. Thinking the lower cpu req. may be able to fit some better stuff up high.

Youd hit a serious cpu problem putting 8 projectiles on an apoc. It may work on the smaller birds but to fit a good setup for npc'ing bs you'd need the cpu that the guns would eat.

By their very nature of construction they will not be allowed in high sec. I suspect that if CCP opens moons up to .7 even that the shipyard mod or whatever you need to build the Titan would be limited to like .3 and lower or something like that.
