The Hulk still IMO is a better option for Ice mining until the Mackinaw gets 250cpu to start with, the meager 10cpu (12.5 with skills) does not do ANYTHING AT ALL to help at all fitting Ice mining upgrades and a tank. You have two options a notice...

I think the problem is that ECM modules add a flat number to the overall jam strength while ECCM increases your sensor strength by a percentage. If your sensor strength is a small number ECCM won't really help you. While if you have a good base s...
