While Corelum modules are pretty much the worst around, if you don't get empty drops 4/10 should drop better loot. While you can get crazy combos on 3/10 in theory (AB, MWD, ANP) you should really look at average loot.

Yes VGs need tweaking. I will not deny that. Only one class of sites out of 4 being worth doing is broken content. Though nothing is said to be as broken, and especially destroying the game, as you claim.

That was really long time ago, I started in Jan or Feb of 2007. and I think that was already changed. Now only 1/10 and 2/10 are static and show on global map; everything above that must be found trough exploration.
