This is somewhat off topic, but if you want to get into warp faster you could also look into getting a jump freighter. They can be used like normal freighters but have much higher agility, meaning they align and warp faster.

I say, do it! The sensor integrity warfare link is really nice and with Claymore you can run 8 links non-stop. Sensor integrity should definitely be one of those 8 links in my opinion, and every little bit counts.
