1. EVEMon - The Open Source Character Planner (v1.4.1) - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Does it show any error message/details/stack trace? Haven't noticed any issues while always trying running the latest build.

2. multitasking skill - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
I still consider Multitasking as a free goodie, once you've got Targeting V. The first three levels train within a few hours and the skill book isn't that expensive. Sure, higher levels are quite pointless, but being able to target up to 10 target...

3. What to train next? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Regarding Targeting: Go for Multitasking III. :) You can't use it on all ships, but those that are able to utilize it (in my case my Noctis as well as my Machariel with a Auto-Targeting II module used as a passive and my Scimitar) it's simply awes...

4. minmatar char, not sure about respeccing amarr... - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
I consider the Bhaalgorn more a PvP ship. If you'd like to fly some faction BS for PvE and as you've got all the required skills already, I'd go Machariel all the time (at least if you're not opposed to moving when under heavy fire). With most gun...

5. MUST have Skills - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
You can as well look at the prerequisites of your faction's sub system skills (for T3 cruisers). All of them can be very valueable too.

6. Scrapmetal Processing skill - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Well, I'd say once you've got both Refining and Refining Efficiency at level V there's no reason not to get that one more skill anyway. Wouldn't ever fit an implant just for some bonus I can get with a bit more skill time.

7. unlocated skill points - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
You can't. You most likely obtained these due to having either Learning Skills or some of the old Connections skills, when they were removed. The skill points trained into these were added to your pool of unallocated skill points. Only way to obt...

8. Utility of a Mid-Range Fleet Booster - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Even if you focus on only one "tree" for leadership bonuses (here: Skirmish Warfare), finish that tree by maxing the specialization skill. This will add another nice bonus and ontop of that allow you to fit the mindlink, which can be very nice if ...

9. New T3 Battlecruiser what skills? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
I consider them as a nice stepstone if you just "finished" cruisers/medium weapons and want to step up to battleships. Now you can train large turrets first and help corpmates with the new BC instead of having to wait for the large turrets, matchi...

10. Salvaging worth training for? - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
In case you plan on using a Noctis for salvaging (talking more about missions here now), grab the Elite Core Targeting certificate first. It improved my overall salvaging speed a lot more compared to more levels in Salvaging. Otherwise Salvaging I...

I'd say "yes", essentially increasing the loss as the loss is based on your standings gain.

14. Skills requirment for level 3 missions - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
There's not a huge difference compared to level 2 missions. Just be able to fly a battlecruiser and have a solid fit. Some missions can be a lot tougher though, especially Blockade. The level 3 Angel version can be hell with tons of heavy missiles...

17. Core Comp Elite - in Skill Discussions [original thread]

18. Core Comp Elite - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
Never considered Multitasking to be useful so far. But having it to 3 now... it's just epic and was worth waiting for Targeting V. Tracking 10 targets makes salvaging in a Noctis even faster which I wouldn't like to miss anymore.

19. Skill Training Times [Question from a Newbie] - in Skill Discussions [original thread]
It's all still valid, just consider your character having maxed all former Training skills already (if you're reading about 1.2m skillpoints at twice the speed, that's gone too).
