I don't think the blockade runners are in any danger of obsoleting jump freighters, even with a buff that crazy. And unfortunately, it is just not possible to bring a cruiser or battlecruiser down on one of those things. You have to jump freighter...

Nobody uses the active tanking bonus. It should probably be replaced with an agility bonus, or at least a resist bonus. Active tanking = active modules = can't cloak. What were they thinking?!

Lasers and hybrids don't get any damage type selection. Just be happy that you can do so if the situation justifies it. Also, laser capacitor savings bonus says "hi."

Actually, that's generally not a problem. The Tengu an inherently high thermal resist to compensate for the unusual engine orientation. It's an amazing piece of engineering and is a testament to the ingenuity of Caldari... ...*Bwahaha.gif*
