You already get the best experience by doing things in Eve. The best way to learn about the game, and gain experience is doing things yourself. Learing this way is much more valuable than an extra 5% damage from a gun.

It's not useless, it seems there's an issue with the operator. It's still the win for missions, and that's the Raven hull in general, ie. Raven, CNR and Golem. Hope this helps.

I thought that this had recently been 'fixed', so if you lose your implants your training time will be increased to whatever it would be without the implants in, regardless of whether you change the skill or pause it?
