As mentioned elsewhere, the books' publisher, ORION, has not yet finalized a US publication deal. Even the Amazon.com orders are unlikely to be filled. We are working with them to expedite this process but it takes time and is not 100% under our control.

went to border, they have no idea that book is even a book. It's in no databanks and I gave them the book code but they found nothing.

p.s. (I knew they wouldn't but I was in the mall, wanted to make sure before I made a point.)

The publisher is however British.

I saw it is now on www.amazon.com as well.
