Edited by: Aeryn Davenport on 28/01/2008 21:12:21
RAM is never effected, the base tech1 item is never effected and trade goods are USUALLY not effected but the one exception to that is construction blocks in ship construction. For some reason the amount of construction blocks needed is effected. I've never seen the trade goods effected in module construction though.

Minerals and tech2 components are effected. However, some modules have such a small amount of tech2 components required that the effect is pretty minimal if not non-existent.

Edited by: Jameroz on 27/01/2008 04:11:16

It works and it effects everything.

It's multiplier... you multiply the regular amount with it.
So 1.1 modifier means 10% extra and 0.85 means 15% off.

EDIT: For few arrays it's 1 (stays the same). For most it's 10% extra and rapid assembly array is 20% extra.
