only been able to spend a moment coveting it before getting on with work, but its very special.

as always, being able to Hold (in my actual hands!) a part of Eve makes my "internet spaceship game" a bit better.

btw: really like to see this sold/distributed better for Europe. that way they cant complain. in exchange I want more local shipping for the shirts and such I Want to buy, but don't want to spend Quite that much on shipping.

It's an amazing book to be honest, with some incredible detail. As someone interested in the entire Eve universe I think it's great.

Sir, you assume too much. The Art of EVE is nothing to do with EON. Perhaps the reason EON doesnt shove concept art envelopes about the place is because CCP wanted to keep some back for a book they wanted to make themeselves?

Its a very nice book actually, in spite of my (non-EON) involvement.

To be honest i think its pretty clear this book is trying to appeal to a particular section of the playerbase who actually ARE into the artisitic side of EvE, rather than a new must have item with the eve logo stamped on to hope it sells. Try be a bit more open minded... Rolling Eyes

With regards to the price on amazon - it's still on preorder from them, therefore they're offering it at a discount. That should change over the next few days.

I was explaining that the book wouldn't be available in the EVE store when I said it'd only be available in the White Wolf store. I should have been more clear on that point. The book will be available in some retail stores in the US and we'll of course be selling it at Fanfest.
