      <description><![CDATA[Looting: no item needed to loot<br />Salvaging: Need salvager to loot<br /><br />If you want to find your civilian miners you dont need a module if you want to find broke guristas computer relays than you need a salvager. The last stuff you can use to build rigs.       <description><![CDATA[So, one of the rigs as this as a discription:<br />'This ship modification is designed to increase a ship's chance of salvage retrieval at the expense of max velocity'<br /><br />And when viewing the patch notes this leads me to the conclusion that when blowing a ship up (in missions for example) you don't get any loot without these rigs.
