I'm not sure I got this entirely right, but I think that you have to create a support account, using the email you have on your account, and then it'll show up there. So it's just connected to your EVE account, it's not the same account. Or something like that, so unless you've created it, you can't get the password since it doesn't exist. I could be wrong though.

I submitted a question on Monday to the EVE Support thing. I had to create one of those accounts for the ask a question thing (which it wouldn't let me do in-game, I had to leave the game and go to a browser).

I received a response saying:
