      <title><![CDATA[The warp core stab optimisation - by Blane Xero]]></title>

      <description><![CDATA[after the revelations deployment on TQ i heard about the warp core stab optimisation, the -50% range and -50% scanning (longer locking time)<br /><br />i was in my local system where my level 4 agent is and noticed alot of people are pretty annoyed to say the least, this makes combat with 1 near imppossable, its not so bad for people who use close range and dont mind taking forever to lock onto something, but for us who use ships that <u>NEED</u> range and faster locking as options or layback, it seriously hurts us, and it makes chances of being able to escape incase you get in trouble pretty much impossable on most lvl 4's because you have had to fight without 1,<img src=http://myeve.eve-online.com/bitmaps/img/board_smilies/icon_cry.gif border=0 width=15 align=middle alt='Crying or Very sad'><br /><br />For example - Angel Extravaganza room 1 of 5 (6 if bonus room included)<br />You enter an area with 2 groups of enemies, one of which locks you the minute you enter but a group of frigates from the second group locks aswell and webs/warp jams you, but the minute you attack these frigates the rest of the rats in the room turn on you and start attacking from 20km or so, now i have tried many ways to do this part with and without help, if your going to do that bit without warp stabs you need at least 3 battleships along side you and most people outside of big corps dont have that on demand... basic cut is, without stabs your as good as dead in that mission,<br /><br />there are a few other missions where there are frigs or some other ships that warp jam you where you cannot attack without setting a very vast ammount of ships (including battleships) onto you, and i have still to see a capable tank being able to hold that off without the use of hundreds of millions of isk worth of components.<br />from my point of view (and many others) it seems like just because the pirates were upset that some of there victims could get away if things looked bad for them they had game mechanics changed for there benefit (again). If you cast your mind back a long time when Microwarpdrives were changed so that a hauling ships couldnt make the use of these to evade pirates. all respect the new warp to within 0km pretty much stops campers being a problem.<br />I make this post to ask if this was an unseen ripple effect that has been caused because of this or if it was intended to make the missions harder and make them less "farmable"<br /><br />i have every respect for CCP, but this modification in true effect has left us up **** creek without a paddle quite litterally.<img src=http://myeve.eve-online.com/bitmaps/img/board_smilies/icon_sad.gif border=0 width=15 align=middle alt='Sad'><br /><br />best regards<br />BX<br />The Firestorm is here, let that be a known fact]]></description>

Some of us wont have the skills for awhile.<br /><br />If the changed color after they had been looted that might help some and some how were flagged as opened. <br /><br />I know ;) just was strange to see SOOOO many wrecks all over the screen sitting there after i did a dead space complex a couple times.<br /><br />A Couple of other thoughts as well. <br /><br /> Are these wrecks flagged as criminal if someone accidentally shoots someone elses?? because if thats the case I see more people dieing to can death while in groups etc.<br /><br />They seem to stay tooo long if they are going to never go away too. So in one year I can try invent a single bpc (cos no way you can try it with diferent bps) a total of 3, yes 3 times. AND IT MIGHT NOT WORK, COS IT'S A CHANCE BASED THING<br /><br />IS THIS A JOKE?       <title><![CDATA[Strip Miner Capacitor Bug - by Xila Wisemaster]]></title>

      <description><![CDATA[I've noticed that my strip miner uses 230 energy instead of 90. Once activated it makes the capacitor drop another 20 energy until the capacitor is empty then the capacitor starts filling.<br /><br />Pre-update the strip mining laser took 90 energy and did not reduce the capacitor after activation.<br /><br />I am also running a survey scanner which used to previously have the "set to manual" option which is no longer present. When activated it only activates once. I tested with and without the survey scan result and the previous problem exists with both situations.<br /><br />Please investigate, thank you.<br />Xila<br />]]></description>
